I hope many of you have already read this book, if not it’s a must! We finally live in a world where an entrepreneur can test their idea for very little money. Especially with the power of the web, you can get your idea in front of potential customers very quickly and easily.
The whole goal for an entrepreneur is to test before any major time or money is spent on your new project. The key is to fail fast and move on to the next idea, with little resources having been wasted.
In his book, Eric talks about MVP (Minimum Viable Product) essential a quick prototype of what you are trying to sell. Don’t waist yeas and masses of dollars working on a product you have no clue anybody wants. I know, it can be scary to show people a product you think is not good enough since it’s not the final version and you might be scared that your idea is rejected. So what? It will give you the feedback to either pivot or go to the next idea.
Remember that being an entrepreneur is a life journey and must of us are not lucky enough to find success on our first few ideas. So what?! Keep on moving and never give up. Keep testing your ideas until one sticks.
As always, I wish you guys all the best and please come share your experiences with us!
